http://fox61.com/2016/02/02/dc-passes-bill-to-pay-people-stipends-not-to-commit-crimes/

Please note that the 4 year program would cost $4.9 million of which $1,840,000 would be paid out.

WHO WOULD BE STEALING THE REST OF THE MONEY. SCUM!

Tonight when I go to be I will channel Thomas Jefferson.  Curious what he would think 210 plus years after he showed the world how to handle pirates,  Barbary Pirates.  No tribute for them, none for DC criminals.

Paying people not to commit crimes.   crazy2

We all know how that would work.  Only those who never commit crimes anyway would be paid.

This is just another Welfare State idea like paying half the country not to work.  Boy has that worked out well for us.

I'd rather they pay these folks not to breathe;  that way, only the first month's benefits ever get paid.  They'd probably figure it out though.

Makes sense to me, steal from the public to pay the public to not steal so you can steal from the public.

Talk about a circle jerk of words. Where do I sign up. $9,000.00 would buy a lot of ammo.

Boy,,,Here's an idea.
Save money, more bang for my tax stolen buck and all.
Plane tickets. One way to a country set up for the repatriation of dissatisfied folks.
We could show them the liberty it would give them, because America is so horrible and all.
Lets call it,,,,,oh maybe,,,,LIBERIA.
