I changed the intake O-Rings today and took that opportunity to also install  Kury Intake/Spark Plug Covers.  However, since I have an Interstate, with Pod Lights, I had to modify the covers in under the POD area.  Looks good..... but I was curious if Kury ever made those specifically for the Interstate as well as the ones for the Standard/Tourer?

Yes, one side is shorter but you can modify a regular set the same way....cut it shorter. Forget which side it is without going out and checking the bike. Not a big deal, been done many times before.

Yep....Thanks...  just found that it is part 7706 vice 7705.  I could not find any listed for sale, but just now googled Kury part numbers on either side of the 7705 and found it.  I had this one sitting on the shelf for a year or two and guess I couldn't find one back then either.  Just had to trim it about an inch on each one in the forward section to clear POD light brackets.

Thanks.

You had to take the pods off to put those on, like I did also.  But, I have POD lights and the brackets clamped to the engine guards under the PODs interfere with them and they would not go on.  I had to trim about an inch off the front ends of both pieces.  Really can't see that far up behind the POD toward that bracket.

But.....maybe that is why I bought those years ago, knowing they would fit the IS as well as the others.

I wish I had bought the POD lights back in the day and some custom RC wheels when they was making them for the Fat Girl.
