Steve (our server dude) said the server was getting bogged down with some old requests.  He restarted Apache and said it was running much better.  He then did some tweaking of the scsi hard disk. 
Scott said he's been through the tweaks suggested by Serk a number of times.  Ultimately, we really need to move, but it would be a huge undertaking because of all the archived files.

I don't know what ya'll are complaining about, my personal NSA supplied cache of the forum is REAL quick and responsive! Wink
