New Decision by SCOTUS.  The EPA will NOT be able to force their BS on the coal companies immediately on their new rules.  They will have to wait until after the lawsuits by the coal companies.
The POTUS just lost one of his jewels in his crown.

I kept the post clean  Smiley

OSS, The way that I understand it is that SCOTUS ordered the states judges to not enforce the arbitrary rules from the EPA until lawsuits filed by the coal companies are settled.

Before, as soon as the EPA came up with the rules, the states were required to enforce them.  Now there is a hold ruled by the SCOTUS.

In  another story that makes you realize how much we are getting stolen from.
I had never heard of paying banks on reserves wth?

This Is Why the Fed Is Paying Interest to Big Banks

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-02-10/this-is-why-the-fed-is-paying-interest-to-big-banks

he Fed doesn't let banks lend out every dollar that they receive in deposits. That would be too risky. It requires them to keep 10¢ of every dollar either in their vaults or on deposit at one of the 12 regional Federal Reserve Banks, which are in such cities as New York, Cleveland, and San Francisco. Those deposits are known as required reserves.

The public was told about all these new regulations weren't they ?  Oh, no they weren't, were they ! What a surprise from the administration of transparency.  Just one more instance of obama trying to keep a campaign promise. He said he would bankrupt the coal business.
