Is the comm system hookup still the same as on the Valk I/S?  5-pin DIN connector?

I just got my new Nolan helmet with the MCS ll N-Com system.  It uses micro USB.  I will need to buy a lower cord and they have only 2 choices.  One for HD, the other for Goldwing.

That's what I need to know, is the Goldwings comm plug still the same?

Thanks Ken,
I didn't know if things changed.  So if I get the lower cord for the GW, it should work on my I/S.

Hi Steve,

My helmet and all cords from my 2001 Interstate work perfectly on my new Gold Wing.

Hi Steve,

Thanks Dave, that's really good to know.  All I want to do is hear music.  No intercom as Laura rides the Purple & White Valk and she isn't into wearing a helmet.  I'm being forced in a way.  I had open heart surgery in Dec. to fix one problem and I am on a blood thinner for Afib...something they can't fix.  Anyway, my cardiologist thinks I should wear a helmet at all times on the bike in case of a head injury that might create internal bleeding.  So, I treated myself to a new helmet.  It was time.
