how do you post pictures?

trying to post some pictures but i cant just copy and paste.  how do you do this.  when I click the icon for insert picture in just shows two things that say (img)

are you using photobucket ?

You have to put your picture on the Internet somewhere, and then
just refer to it in your post... put the URL for your picture in between
the img tags you get when you press the insert picture icon.

Here's the URL for an image:

Go to photobucket.  Set up an account (its free).  Upload pictures from your computer to photobucket.  Then when you want to post a picture, you copy the URL for the picture from photobucket and you paste it between the [img] brackets that you get when you click on the picture button in the post.
