Justice Dept. grants immunity to staffer who set up Clinton email server
The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.
The official said the FBI had secured the cooperation of Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009.
Now if she will be prosecuted will be interesting with something like 2900 emails deemed classified.
Suppose this does get put on hold till after the election and Mrs. Clinton is elected President.
Suppose the Republicans keep hold of the House and Senate and have the votes to impeach in the House and Senate with the Justice Dept. investigation showing just cause for such action. In other words, it wouldn't be and couldn't be deemed a political witch hunt (no pun intended) as calls for her impeachment would come from both sides.
Makes her VP choice pretty important don't it?
Wonder who it will be?
