I can not believe what is happening in this presidential election.  The GOP establishment has gone clear off the deep end.  When Mitt Romney goes on national tv and tells republicans to vote for the most likely candidate that can beat Trump in each state is appalling.  Basically what he is saying is your choice of candidates and your vote does not matter just vote for anyone but Trump and let them pick a candidate they want at the GOP convention, your choice does not matter.  Seems to me they want you to give up your right to vote, let them take care of it.  I am a life long democrat but if the GOP voters let this happen, what's next??  I don't post here very often but this bothers me.  I can feel your pain on this one.

This kind of thing from this party is the exact reason I will vote for Trump. I am not saying Trump is a great guy or has all the answers just he's better than a person who should be in jail and hes obviously rattling a few cages that have needed it for a looooooonnnnnnngggg time. The lack of acceptance of the Republican party and the hate from the Democrat's to me is a good reason he should be President. Coupled with he has business knowledge and I believe he does care for this country. The parties are 2 sides of the same coin, and I say to hell with them.

Kinda like the super-delegate system the Democrats have to override the will of their voters...

(NOT defending the Republicans in this instance, I'm disgusted with 'em all... =\ )

Anybody else see any irony in a "life long democrat" ranting about what the Republican party is doing in regard to Trump without even raising an eyebrow over what the Democratic party is doing regarding Clinton?

My personal opinion is that the country would be better off without either of the two major political parties perhaps with those to being replaced by a half dozen or so if we really do think we need to gather into political parties.

I can feel your pain on this one.

As in some of the other replies, I have no pain  cooldude ... as far as I'm concerned
Trump exists to give the Republican political elite heartburn and  cause them to go
into conniptions. If he wins the nomination (I did my part) and then the election,
then the Democrats will have gotten what's coming to them too, yay! A drunken hobo
would be better than the whole lot of the current spin-doctors we have now.

Honestly I am not trying to stir the pot.  I just have never heard in my life not to vote for my choice.  We are all Americans no matter what party we follow.  As far as Hilliary goes, she is being investigated and if she is found guilty let the punishment fit the crime.  I've always believed vote your heart and the candidate with the most votes wins, its the American way.

This just opens the door even wider for the liar Hilary.

Now that I think about it, even the republican establishment they would probably rather have her in there than Donald.

Ah Yes.  Mittens Romney makes a return to weigh in after snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in 2012.  Same Romney that made a special trip to see Trump in 2012 to get his endorsement and then made a speech talking about what a great American business leader Trump was and his policy on China ( Trumps then ) was a good one. Except he did not use this in his campaign as he did not really believe it due to his masters.  Trump held two fund raisers for Romney at that time.

Had Romney been just a shadow of a street fighter that Trump is in 2012 he would have won handily, as O was a failed pres.   Instead he ran from his wealth and let the Dems lie and lie about him and portray him as someone evil, sexist, racists, yada yada, you know the usual attack the messenger because you can not win in the school of thought and results.  He never fought back against this.

The Establishment is running scared, very scared because if Trump wins their world will get blown up.  They have known this since last summer, as have I, but they thought he would self implode. I knew this was unlikely.   Now with the Super Tuesday beatings of their world, time is short and they are bringing out all the guns they can and will continue to. They have failed to grasp this is not about Trump but about a new and continuing movement that is 25 years in the making that started  with Ross Perot, then Pat Buchannan and now its Trumps turn and he is a formittable force indeed.   The middle class has taking a brutal beating by the predictable failed policies of open boarders and free trade.  Both parties have been locked into these policies by funding of their corporate and wall street masters. Ross Perot's race to the bottom has and is happening right before our eyes.   Trump's cabinet and advisors will no longer consist of the typical political hacks that have failed in the past.  Most likely it will consist of successful real life doers in the business and academic and science fields. John Kennedy also went this route to some degree.   No longer will business and legal lobbyist have the control on every matter as has been in the past by waving campaign money at them.

Last year Romney wanted to run again.  His masters said no, they were going to run Jeb and funded him with 150 million dollars.  Worked well did it not. Romney sees an opening.   Romney is hoping to cause a brokered convention and then be the one they turn to as an alternative.  Sorry Mittens ( not really ) this will not happen.  You blew it once now just go away and enjoy your retirement.  With your money that should be easy to do.  By the way I did not watch you yesterday, heard just a bit on the radio.  My question is do you still walk around with that corn cob stuck up your ass?

The Democrap Party has turned into Socialists/Communists, and the Republican Party is now the party of Secular Progressive Liberals.  They have abandoned all aspects of Conservatism, and have nothing but disdain and outright hatred for Conservatives, who actually built their party.  It is time now for a third party, because there is no place left for Conservatives.  I believe that Trump should go ahead and form a third party now, and bring with him all of the disaffected Republicans and Democrats, and build the base for a new party.

Wise you are sir.  This goes back to George Washington warning about political parties and how they would become subserviant to themselves instead of to the constitution and the citizens of this country.  Old George was 100 percent correct.  Instead of a half dozen,  ( european model ) I wish to hell it was none.  Not going to happen though.

Dave your not alone anymore in fact there is a psychological condition that has a diagnosis

Psychologists and massage therapists are reporting ‘Trump anxiety’ among clients

https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/how-do-we-know-america-is-anxious-about-a-president-trump-shrinks-and-massage-therapists/2016/03/03/e5b55a22-e0bb-11e5-846c-10191d1fc4ec_story.html?tid=pm_local_pop_b

To the catalogue of anxieties her patients explore during therapy — marriage, children, and careers — psychologist Alison Howard is now listening to a new source of stress: the political rise of Donald Trump.

If NY has a primary as a Democrat i will vote for Sanders just so i can say I voted against Hillary

Then in November vote for Trump/Kasich ticket

Christie will be the Atty General to prosecute Clinton and Obama and protect the constitution

Cruz would also be a good choice there

I am looking forward to the day I can take my picture next to the Wall

Yeah Mitt is a tool, and I agree with the OP ( 1st time tho)

After watching Mitt yesterday afternoon and then watching the debate, I get the feeling Rubio has been given the duty of falling on the sword for the GOP and he will be rewarded at a later date. It will be his job to continue to poke the bear and antagonize Trump to get him into what we saw last night and Cruz and Kasich will stand by and watch hoping Trump will implode.

Now on to other things....nothing will become of the FBI investigation. HC is already trying to lay the ground work that her server may have been hacked and it wasn't her to access her files. If the FBI informant doesn't turn up dead somewhere down the road I will be amazed.

On to Trump, it's amazing that when Trump says negotiate deals it's bad, but when the others say they will do things to bring both sides together it's not negotiating. Also, if there is one person that can squeeze a dime out of a penny it's Trump and his company.

Will I vote for Trump, if I have to. I'd prefer Cruz at this point.

Cheers all

Anyone notice the debates are getting to be like MMA or WWE, but in suits and behind podiums?

I keep waiting for someone to pick up a folding chair and start whacking the other guys off the stage into the audience.  Or they could do tag teams.  crazy2

As far as Hilliary goes, she is being investigated and if she is found guilty let the punishment fit the crime.

This is the part that scares me the most.  They have found over 2000 emails on her HOME computer containing information deemed to be "top secret".  That's 2000 pieces of hard evidence... 2000 pieces of proof.  There's no doubt she's guilty... the question is whether the justice department will actually DO something about it.

If they don't?????  That idea scares me.

And to top it all off... she's still in the running for president.   uglystupid2
