Which way do you turn the adj screws to bring the light down?

The screw on the starboard side - left as you look at the headlamp, right seated on the bike - is the vertical adjustment. I just give it a turn and, if it goes the wrong way, turn it the other way. I don't recall whether CW raises the beam or lowers it, though.
