They secretly love them in NY.  High sales tax, high gasoline tax, high registration fees, high inspection fees, high insurance surcharges, high fines for seeding tickets, etc., etc.

I didn't get the scariest one, though, I ordered it in the dark granite.  But it is fully loaded!

Hey G-Man, was there a gas guzzler tax on that?  I was driving a CTS-V at work and looked at the invoice, $3000 straight to the Gov for gas guzzler tax!!  Why do we let these idiots do this to us?

Oh yeah, nice whip!  be careful in it.

No gas guzzler tax, thank goodness.  Would have been $1.000.

Gary:

I'm working on that now. Those round holes next to the headlamps are aircatchers. We are developing an led display that will reside inside the aircatcher.

The original concept was to have a hologram type projection in front of the vehicle. I think the distracted driver police put the ka-bash on that concept.
Current concept allows you to see a logo ("FCA", "SRT", "SuperBee", or "Hellcat" caricature) if you look into the aircatcher. Should be available on the 2017 models.

I don't think the '17 models will be changing much.  I look forward to see what you come up with.  And since i have a good friend in the business, maybe I can drive over to Detroit for a discount.   coolsmiley

Sure, no prob, you have my address... coolsmiley

Originally thought all the Developmental Validation (DV) Testing would be completed by June 1, but DV has been delayed 2 months.
Due to get DV Test Samples June 20 (the day after IZ), so  testing will occur through July and into August, if you'd like to see the "Hellcat Aircatcher" in test phase...  cooldude

Product Validation (PV - the final test phase) will probably occur September- ish, in time for PPAP & LA-17 launch.
