One more turn should do it!

Kent, Ohio

« on: March 25, 2016, 05:05:12 PM »

Good evening gentlemen! Been a very long week of work and on-call duty. I've been busier than a one legged man at a punt, pass and kick contest.
Nice to be sitting and relaxing, knowing if my phone rings it will not be work  Smiley. I know I should be in the garage working on the Valk. Just can't get motivated.  Must be the age, or the 3rd serving from my purple bag?
Last week BaggerJohn stopped by and gave me a real boost helping me with my throttle cable.  cooldude Damn thing had me at my wits end! A cooler head prevailed. Those cables are rather finicky!
One more thing before I go. It was either Wed or Thurs. afternoon. Cant remember the exact time, mid day I think. I walked outside from my office and saw a black F6B riding east on Cherry St in Kent, Ohio. Wondering who that might be? 1st one I have seen on the road around here.
Few weeks ago I was at the local dealer and taking a gander at the ones they had on the floor, new and used. Have to admit they kinda have my curiosity in gear. Performance is intriguing, still prefer the look of our Valks. Rather amazed just how many used ones are for sale around here. At the dealers and on Craigslist. Makes me wonder?

2 Soon, I was referring to how many F6B's are 4sale in the area. I do agree with the twist of the throttle and pain relieving relationship!

just think in about 6-8 more years how many good used lower mileage F6B's and new Valks will be out there for under 10 grand?    Wink
