Going to Karma off some saddlebag racks.

What's a Karma you ask that's where you have something you don't need and instead of it just sitting on a shelf or throwing it away you give it to someone who can use it. You can make your own rules for the karma such as you must have so many posts or post a picture of what you will use it for.

When times up  throw names in a hat and draw one out or as I do I close my eyes and have my wife go to a random page in that thread and I point at the screen and there is the winner.

Chrome looks good they are missing a screw but they are short racks and I think she looks better without them so here's your chance.

Rules
1 I will pick a winner Monday the 4th of April
2 will notify winner in thread and PM
3 post in thread I'm in and if you feel like it post a picture of your ride you will use them on
4 no resale if you will not use them please do not participate

I could use an extra spot to strap stuff on to on long trips.

My racks are nothing but grab handles.  They do look chromey.

Bill, I zip tie a 5/8" dowel across my solo rack, under my big duffel travel bag.  Works like a charm.  Out of sight, keeps the bag from drooping down and rubbing the bags while underway, and makes it easy to get in and out of the bags with the duffel in place (with interstate cables, not tourer hinges).  When I arrive at the destination, I cut the zip ties and put the dowel in the room till I depart.

I'm in as well.  Been considering racks off and on....

And I might like this Karma thing.  I might have to go down in my box of stuff and see what I can Karma away.

I'm in, I put some bag guards on the I/S last year and some chrome on top would look nice.

This is a very cool thing you're doing  cooldude but what are you going to do about the mounting holes on your lids?

Are you doing a new custom job or just a repaint of the lids?

went to the local auto parts and found some Nissan panel plugs made of black plastic that fit and secured then with a little black weatherstrip adhesive to keep water out. will post a picture later

I had an idea that's what it might be.  Assume Nissan means from or for a Nissan automobile.
Thanks.
