Beth Wilkinson, is listed as representing three of Clinton’s top State Department staffers. If so it looks like a unified story is in the making.  What will the DOJ do? Seems like a lot of people including Hillary feel quite confident.

Thoughts?

I think hillary is feeling confident and should. I'll be very surprised if she is indicted, and, if she is, I'll lose the bet that is going on around here. loretta lynch is just another ex-radical, do radicals ever become ex ?

There is an ongoing bet around here that hillary will be indicted, bernie, Trump, Cruz, Kasich will blow up and Uncle Joe will be brought out of the shadows to run as will Romney. I can't wait to see how that turns out.

In all my years as a voting citizen I have never seen anything like this election and it sure is entertaining. I'm actually happy to be able to witness this. Trump for president, maybe since there is no one else. Hilldabeast  God forbid, comrade Bernie hope not in my lifetime. Can hardly wait for the GOP convention.

I expect that the Demorats will do everything possible to NOT charge her in spite of any evidence.

The only exception would be if the clintons and obamas have a complete and total falling out and obama wants to explode her campaign.

I've read that anonymous sources in the FBI say there would be a huge revolt in the agency if the DOJ or Whitehouse try to let the whole thing slide.

Heard Ed Klein on Hannity this afternoon.  This guy knows more about what is going on with the C's than anyone else I know of.  Said she has become very scared now.  They actually sent a lawyer to the DOJ to find out what is going on.

I have heard from so many sources that James Comy is the most honest director the FBI has ever had and plays no favorites or favors.  During the Bush years he went to the hospital bed ( could have been a death bed, not sure ) of an old Bush aid.  When Bush tried to block the action Comy drew up a resignation letter, but then Bush let him win.  They say the same thing will happen here if the DOJ blocks the FBI and many other agents will do the same.  It would be similar to the Saturday night massacre during Nixon.   Here is another tidbit about Comy.  He was one of the special agents involved in the investigation of the C's whitewater caper.   He was mad as hell when no action was taken against the C's as he surmised there was more than ample proof to bring charges.

I do not know how this will play out.  I sure as heck know how it should play out and how it would play out and would have many years ago had the C's had an R in front of them and not a D.

It was announced last night that the probe was being 'suspended' as to not further affect the FBI  investigation.  Lynch isn't about to change her spots any time soon.

I also notice just how chummy hillary stays with obama and repeats it during every campaign speech. She will continue all his good work.  Yep, she's our gal all right.

I respect FBI Director Comy, but I'm getting a little tired of him saying that encryption on PCs and communications will hamper them. Duh - that's what it's there for. If the government hadn't done the wholesale snooping on calls (as shown by Snowden)  - they wouldn't be in this mess.

The probe you are talking about is the State Dept. probe.  You know, the one where the fox finds nothing wrong with the chicken coop.  Thus they will not obstruct the FBI.  I would think this is a good thing.

The DOJ Loretta Lynch's old law firm represented the Clintons  for several years so they go way back. The same law firm also represented the company in obtaining the patent that set up the Clintons home based server. Connection,? Absolutely. Think the DOJ will file charges against a long term client and friend. Absolutely not.

They will never indict Hilary, even if she was caught red handed murdering someone. She will go on to be the first female president. I am convinced our votes dont matter because the government already knows who will be the next President. This is just a game they play so they know how to train their choice whether it is good or bad approval. How do you think Obama got in twice? Sure as hell wasn't from votes.

Sorry, but that's exactly how he won, both times, with votes, both popular (2,000,000+) and electoral (332 vs 206) for 2012. In fact, he was the first president since Eisenhower to break 51% in two consecutive elections.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of this "proof" you are sighting. If it is in fact proof it should be pretty easy for you to provide some details.

Thank you for the link. Agreed that was a good explanation of the system and these next steps.

For me this election is by far the most interesting on both sides I have seen in my lifetime. It is also for me very worrisome.

Very good I like when the judge says the FBI knows that Hillary has a proclivity or is a liar. The reason is the public statements she has made in regards to the classified emails.

Obama won the presidential race because he was black and because many in the US wanted something different in who was running the US. Many wanted a shift from what they thought was a biased to rich mentality.  Many were in fear of the economy and many like now didn't not even look at the background of the person who is supposed to lead the US.

AS today as we see who is running I again hang my head in shame at the ignorance of the people of the US. The only reason Hillary is up there and still a viable candidate is because she is a woman, if you had magically changed her to a man it would not be up there.

A real shame that gender is taken over Character that is true ignorance.

Not only that but a ton of the religious right stayed home rather than vote for the Mormon.  I have seen on this board some say they wouldn't vote this election because the candidates were repugnant to them.  Also if Hillary was a republican she would have been drummed out of the race long ago, its not just that she is female.
