   I saw this come across the tv screen tonight  . murders in chicago ( gun violence) are up 88% over one year ago.   From Jan. 1st thru March 31st 2015 = 359 murders .  Jan. 1st thru March 31st 2016 = 677 gun murders !! Gun murders up by 318 over same period in only one years time .  My first thought was LIAR !!! How can this be !  why do they lie like that . Had to have been knives or clubs something like that, couldnt be guns,..chicago has some of the most stiffest gun laws in the nation, I mean how do the criminals have them when they have a law there that says they cant have guns .  Then I moved on to my second thought,  maybe they should just ' pass a law ' .  Thats it ..pass a law that bans all guns so to disarm the citizens , that would be a good fix that would do it I am sure.  BUT , didnt they do this already ?  cursed guns...out there killing people ,..again !

You just cant trust those damn guns like you could 30 years ago. They are getting more dangerous and apparently have a mind of their own. It's almost every day I have to punish my guns and put them in their place so they wont harm me. Maybe I can send them to some sort of training so they will be well behaved.

300 M/Cs on that P G R mission in St. Louis and I'll bet half or more were armed/packing/strapped had their piece with them. Nobody from our group shot anyone else in the group nor was anyone else shot outside of our group! And we were all hangin out together most of the day! I'm still trying to find a trainimg facility to send my guns to so they bexome more well behaved. I sure dont want my guns turning on me. That may be bad for the whole neighborhood.    I brought a new one home today. Think my other ones will mysteriously unlock themselves from the safe, load themselves, and go on a shooting spree because they are jealous?

Yep...   Just to set the record straight; the handgun ban, which was enacted in 1982, was struck down by the Supreme Court(yea) in 2010.

Right after that the city then enacted more gun laws. Its never ending.

Isn't it funny that guns love the criminal element more than us.  They will do anything for the felon, but for us they severely restrict their role to lawful and licensed activities.  My guns, even if I had any, refuse to hold up a bank or any of the fun stuff.

It's almost every day I have to punish my guns and put them in their place so they wont harm me. Maybe I can send them to some sort of training so they will be well behaved.   

It's all about positive reinforcement... instead of punishment, try giving them a treat every time your guns don't harm you.

Yes he did because he is an idiot. I dont think we have such easy gun laws. Yes they are less strict than other states but I would like to see them be even more less strict. If you're a qualified gun owner show your card, scan it to make sure it is valid and buy your gun with no background check. Your card would be your background check everytime they scanned it. If you become a felon after you acquire your card it will come up as denied when you try to purchase a gun. No 4473's to fill out, no registering your new gun.

  I just did my ccw on Friday in Illinois. We spent about an hour learning to draw from a concealed position and range qualify shooting. BTW , I shot 20 for 20.
   The rest of the seven hours was used to discuss ( LISTEN) the do's and do not's of the laws.
  Since I am ex military , the class was 8 hours. Non military (or certain others) take a 16 hour class.
  This is just the start of the process. Now I have to apply to the state.

  A local paper has a ten most wanted list with mugshots.  When it was noticed the the majority was Hispanic they started to list them as white.   Roberto Gonsales Perez (for example) with dark skin is now
White.  Someone is trying to skew the figures.

Yeah but "booted outa office" has a much better ring to it.  I haven't looked into it but I think he is at least as smart as me.  I know if I was him I would be going back to Hawaii.
