Back before I knew what falling off hard was like (in the early 70's) I used to do long
wheelies standing on the seat on my ts185 and tm125... there was a uphill dirt road with lots of
good curves in it at "the bowl" (a place we used to hillclimb) where I could go all the way up
the hill in third or fourth, curves and all... thinking back to me and Phil Waters (he had one of
those Hodakas with the funny name) doing standing-on-the-seat wheelies through our tar
and gravel high-school parking lot makes me wonder why I'm still here... the BMW guy, though...
he's not just a wheelie king, he's a flipping acrobat...

I've never done a wheelie on the Valkyrie, and if I ever do a wheelie on the Valkyrie it probably
won't be on purpose
