yellow jackets have got some attitudes...now some people think yellow jackets are bees,, but they aint, they are wasps, and mean as hell..
I stepped in a yellow jacket nest a few years ago and before I could cannon ball into the lake I got hit 27 times. Mostly on my back a few on my legs and feet and a couple on my chest. Little bastards even stung me while under water. My black lab got hit on both ears and they swelled up pretty big. I'm just lucky im not allergic like my mom, she will swell up like the elephant man. We waited for them to settle and let my buddies hot mom rub ointment on my woumds
then got the kids super soakers out of the shed filled them with gas and drenched the hole and lit them suckers up.
