Forehead to my chest and with a waver in her voice she asks me, “Why isn’t it illegal to kill riders?”

Daniel my Texas Friend-When/If you do find an answer PLEASE let us know! I posted about that P G R Ride Captain KILLED in St. Louis Mo. last week-the woman who ran him over and MURDERED him is NOT being charged.  Cry  We as riders have become the hunted and anybody in a 4 wheel cage or anything larger appear to have become the hunters! Do da term "fair game" mean sumpin to ya?  Evil Comin to the point where I'm gonna need and carry a passenger who is an expert shot!  Lips Sealed Far too many stories of the people doin the killin of motorcyclists from their cages and NOT being charged! I've used the term expendable on this forum before-sad that it seems to apply more and more everyday!  tickedoff EXPENDABLE-WHY have we become THAT?? RIDE SAFE.

Forced to listed to the Doug Stephan show in the wake up because its the only station that comes in on the alarmclock radio.
This mornings discussions this morning was the ethics of programming driverless cars.
Good subject.
Hypothetical;
Youre boxed in. SUV to the left, flatbed truck to the front motorcycle to the right, car to the rear. Something large falls off the truck.
What happens in the programmed AI of the driverless car?
Protect the driver at all costs, divert into the SUV with the higher survivability rate, smear the rider.
"Anybody stupid enough to ride a motorcycle deserves to die".
I've been pissed off since 0640 this morning.
To the point I let the radio station know they can do better for a wake up show.
