Bonnie and I just want to again thank Hotglue and Flamingobabe and everyone who helped put on the GOTF.  We had a very large time!  Thanks also to Hay & BJ, and our other friends for joining us Friday night at the german restaurant and to Carl and Lori for joining us for lunch Friday.  Saturday we went solo to Galveston and enjoyed some quiet "us" time on the beach before returning to the ground zero

After leaving Sunday morning we went to San Antonio and stayed on the Riverwalk, walked the Alamo and then had damn good grouper dinner, then Monday morning we went to Austin walked thru the Botanical Garden and had some more fun.  Can heartily recommend the Roaring Fork in downtown Austin the beef short ribs were just a couple of notches below Mark's brisket.  Horseradish snashed potatoes and tomato jam were also spot on.  Saw the first half of the Villanova - NC game from the restaurant with the rest from the hotel room. When Villanova hit that last 3 my voice went sore from yellin at the TV

Here is the link to Bonnie's GOTF pics.

It was nice to however briefly see ya'll... Hopefully it won't be much longer than my ankle biters will be old enough I can let my guard down a little more and actually visit with my friends longer for the brief face to face visits we have!

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

Evan & Bonnie,
Thank you so much for  sharing  your photos  "here" from TGOF..
I sure  wished  we  could  have  made it this year..
So many folks  use  FB for  their pic!
And  if  you don't  have a FB acct. You can't  see them. Cry

Thanks  again for sharing..
