What would be a reasonable offer on a used set in good shape with just a few scrapes on them guy had them on his 1500 goldwing?  They are kury iso pegs normal ones most have in good shape only one scuff/grind off the corner is all.

I see new are 135 bucks so thinking can get for 70 bucks used, fair offer or too high?  I know he will not go lower than say 60 bucks since just the clamps alone new are 40 bucks.

Biggest issue:  they have the 1" clamps on them and pretty sure the lower, more hidden engine guard bar is 1" on the Valk I/S where those air scoops are located at want to mount directly behind that area, but the top crash bar that sticks out more so where I want to really mount them is 1 1/8" so will not work on the upper top further out crash bar unless I buy a new set of 1 1/8" clamps at 40 bucks.

Has anyone installed them on the lower, more hidden, crash bar under the side valve covers being 1" diameter and ran into issues with them too close to the engine burning your ankles since don't stick out far enough?

Plus,  am worried about ground clearance as well in tight turns scraping them up or worse on the lower crash bar,  catching an edge while turning and tipping the cycle over.

I have once scrapped the upper show chrome full sized hwy. pegs I have now (like a floorboard) into a turn so don't want to take too many chances.

I think it would be nice to have both sets on my Valk I/S one up higher and this set down lower if they fit not being too close to one another.

thoughts, suggestions, much appreciated.

I have mine mounted down there. I do drag the hell out of them and the stock pegs. But that's my style of riding. If you're not throwing sparks your on the wrong road. When cruising easy they are out of the way.  I have seriously debated on moving them back up and getting mickopegs

A lot more $$$ than used kury

next question,  he has a well used (and very badly scuffed bottom) set of kury ergo II's (new are 220) that came off a 1800 wing as well as the kury iso pegs near new off his 1500 wing 1" clamp (for 70 bucks)

will the 1800 ergo II's (talking about the much larger and wider) mounting bracket fit under the side valve covers on the lower 1" crash bar of the Valk I/S?

He has other stuff that I really have no use for and he said if I buy both sets of kurakyn hwy. pegs, he will throw all the rest in for 150 bucks total just to get rid of them.  Basically,  the kury ergo II's for 80 and the kury iso's for 70.
