May 28 & 29, 2016 - Youngstown Ohio

JoAnn is going to fire up the smoker and Pete is going to open the garage for the 4th installment of Bikes, Brisket & Busted Knuckles!!!

We make a weekend out of this event! It's Memorial Day weekend, so let's make it the place to be this holiday!

Join us Saturday at our house for great food and fun. Smoked brisket, ribs, chicken, etc. The famous smoked mac & cheese and all the fix'ins.

We will hold a tech session on Saturday, so come on down and let's work on your bike. We can do tire changes, brakes, fluids, electrical work, whatever you need before the big riding trips start! Then eat, drink, and be merry. All food and drink provided.

If you live nearby, go home and then....

On Sunday morning, we will meet up for a group ride on some great roads in eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Stop for lunch, then more riding fun!

If you don't live nearby, make a weekend out of it!

Be here Saturday or be here Sunday.... or make it a whole weekend of fun! Hope to see you there!

Hope to see ya there!!!!!

Sounds like a great weekend, would love to participate.    Chances would be greatly improved if I knew there was a place to park my RV/Toy hauler close.    No service required, self contained RV, just need a spot to park.    Should such a spot be available, I'd do my best to make it.   This assumes my son is through with the RV come Memorial Day.    Have to coordinate that also.

I see a lot of Michigan stuff on that wall.  In OHIO my my.  Love your style coolsmiley

Tis a possiblility for me, good lord knows some great roads in your area, but I am about as far from Youngstown as one can be and still be in Ohio.  If things work out ( and they usually do not ) I will send a message.  Thanks for the invite.

I stayed at the motel 6 in 2014. Its only a mile or so away with a good bar or 2 within walking distance. Well one I had to drive to. It was cheap and was recently remodeled. Very nice rooms.  Don't stay at the super 8/ days inn across the street.  Angry

Theres a truck stop just outside of town. 10 min? Some entertainment across the street too.  Wink

Truck stops work for me, now I just have to make sure my son is through living in my RV while he attends a para-medic course in Bloomington, IN by then.    Can't kick him out until the class is over but, if it is, I'll be visiting that truck stop...............
