Slider, according to the dr. that's the very thing that put me down after losing a second daughter to cancer. I have less working than your wife(approx. 50%) and lead a full life. It took time to get my physical fitness back, but it wasn't done on my own strength. It it were, as a mere mortal I would have failed miserably. The two of you have both my sympathy and prayers during these trying times.

Slider - A word to the wise.
We just lost a good friend and colleague at work 3 weeks ago. He caught what everyone else had which, in this case, was a bad bronchial infection.
In his case though he only had around 65% of his heart working. Fluid build up started in his lungs and his heart could not pump enough of the oxygen poor blood to his brain. He fainted and never came back. His wife had to make the decision to unplug him.
Moral of the story is to keep your sweetie away from as many chances to catch flu, etc. as you can from now on.
Wishing you guys the best going forward!

Horrible news  Cry Cry  Best wishes to your family and best hopes to your wife on her recovery.

I may be a (good, but sad) time to remind everyone that, if you were off the bike for the winter, your skills may be a bit rusty.  Remember to play safe and be extra careful until you get your bearings and skill set back up.
