Only saw the last episode of last season, instantly regretted not watching the whole season.  Will watch this season for sure.

How can you be alone with all the people it takes to film a TV show?

They film themselves.

Yeah the first few episodes last year weeded them out pretty quick. Those last 2 last year were very inventive at survival. I think the relentless rain and just the weird tricks your mind plays being alone for so long would be really hard for me. Twenty years or so back I was hunting with my brother and his wife in AK. He had harvested a moose and the weather had turned warm and they needed to get it out of camp into town. I was hunting for Grizzlies and decided to stay the rest of my 4 days off out there hunting. After 2 days of no one to talk to I packed it in and left. And I'm not even a very sociable person. But I learned even I need some kind of interaction.

Some of my favourite hunting experiences were by myself. Unfortunately, so was my longest kill shot ever but there was no one there but the Lord above to witness it.  Oh well, I know what happened even if my hunting buddies don't believe it.  Grin

I've never spent days alone in a hunting camp though, just day hunts. I very much dislike crowds and most people in whom I have nothing in common...but I can see how after a while, it would get to you being alone.

I'm with you  cooldude Without a doubt some the most spiritual hunting experiences have been while I was alone. That's partly why I didn't hesitate to stay by myself. But I did learn a few things about myself that time.  Smiley
