Hi Folks,

I've been riding bikes for years. Small Hondas, then Triumph Speedmaster, a First Run Indian Scout and most recently a Triumph Thunderbird Storm which I am replacing with a 2014 Valkyrie. The Triumph was a little to top heavy for a 1700cc bike.
I got a fantastic deal on the Valkyrie so I can put a little money on upgrades.
What are the upgrades Modern Valkyrie (Goldwing 1800+ engine) owners have found essential?

Thanks in advance.

By adding all that extras like handlebars,  seat, side bags, rear luggage carrier rack, was it still cheaper than a new F6B?

Those new Valkyrie's are in the 11-12 grand range tops not a bad chunk of change for what you get
which is a V6 on steroids.

And for a very small upgrade charge you can even replace the v6 mentioned above with a flat6!  angel

Seriously though, welcome to the forum!

Not relevant. The F6B didn't make my socks roll up and down.

Stuffing your pants in your sox all the time, I'm amazed any of them ever stay up.   Grin
