I have their fwd controls on two or my Valks.  Modified a bit.  Really like them!  Unfortunately I see they still have them listed as "sold out".  I bought the last one he had ready - in fact we had to wait for it to go to the plater.

No thanks... When I ordered a seat rail from him, it took forever & a day, he didn't answer his emails, and upon finally receiving it, didn't fit right after all that money spent.  Never again.  Angry

No Thanks 2 - Chrome was bad on solo bar I got from them and I had to pay return shipping $16 as he says it was fine when he shipped. I got a great one from Terry (TBird)

I emailed him yesterday, and he got right back to me. I'm looking for a seat rail, and he's out. He plans to make a batch in the next month or two. It might push him if he can get a few requests, I mentioned there might be some interest from this group. His name is Barry, and email is sales@bigbikethings.com.

He acknowledged the past chrome issues, they're made of high grade stainless now.

FYI he's in New Zealand - I was surprised shipping was included.  No problems with the chrome on the fwd controls.

Ah ... to bad there have been some negative experiences....... Undecided

My experience was very positive! The only thing that I think of that would have been nice was an email letting me know it had been shipped. Other than that all's good.
It's getting harder to find goodies and it's nice that someone is producing stuff for our bikes still.
I'd definitely order from Barry again!!

I too have had good luck with BBT.
I have had my fwd controls (his first iteration) for over 10 years on my 2003.
I had lost one of the hard plastic fillers and asked how much it was for a replacement. Lo and behold, a new one was sent to me no charge. That's great service!

I emailed Barry about a seat rail recently but never did receive a response. I found one from a member that was immaculate but cost me  more then a new one, oh well. If you "gots" to have it, you'll pay the price for the unobtanium!
