Just got back from my first appt. with the cardiologist... Out of work for 2 to 3 more weeks. Start therapy on Monday. Do pretty much anything I want on a limited bases...(seewheremylimitsare)
The Doctor says all looks good and I should recover and be better for it.....Think Detn8er 2.0.

Glad to hear of the progress.  I'm especially encouraged to hear that you "should be better for it."  Sometimes the bad things that happens to us have a good result.

Looking forward to seeing Detnater 1.0 or 2.0.   cooldude

Take it easy and pace yourself.  It'll take a while to get your stamina back.  Do what the doc says.  In rehab they'll help you build up your exercises to safely get your heart rate up.

In my first rehab visit, the 30 something nurse asked me all serious like what my goals were.  I thought what a bizarre question.  I told her I wasn't sure but being able to walk around my yard without dying was way up there on the list.
