Hi all!
Patrick and I are working on registration this year. Looking for folks to help out during the rally. If you can spare a few hours please send me a personal message.
If you've helped in the past we'd love to have you help again. If you haven't we'd love you have you help. Most folks who help with this enjoy it. It's a great way to meet folks.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in June!
Carolyn

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

Carolyn, If you still need help and no one else has a problem with it, I can be available during Early Bird Registration on Sunday. Edited: This rest of the event/week I'm pretty much booked up looking at motorcycles, drooling over mods I wished I had and then cleaning up any messes I've made............. Ron

Got you P M Carolyn. Working registration is THE best way to meet Members you ain't met before! Volunteer for something/anything! Admin needs the help to pull this entire Inzane "thing" off! The help of the Club Members is needed every day this Inzane "thing" is running. An hour or two out of an entire week? NOT too much to ask of anyone-I M H O. RIDE SAFE.

It was a test. Only those who know what P M means will be acceptable for service. Actually, I want to re-emphasize what Carolyn said. Virtually everyone in the past who has volunteered to help with registration has found it to be a great experience. I don't recall ever hearing someone say, "I wish I hadn't done that."

Sure hope Caroline got enough volunteers. In fairness there are never quite enough volunteers although Carolyn does a good job of managing. If you don't get around to sending a PM to volunteer from here let Carolyn know as soon as you get there that you're available.

Trish and I would be happy to volunteer at the registration desk. This is our second InZane. We are mostly planning on riding during the week so we can fit in some time. Let us know a time slot you need filled. We will be arriving late Sunday afternoon.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you to those who are offering to help here or have send me a message.
If you could all do something that would really help out; take a look at the schedule of events on the event page and let me know if there are any times you won't be available. This is your vacation after all and if there's a ride or event happening you want to be a part of that should be your first priority. We can fill the schedule in based on that.
I plan to put blocks of time together from 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Sunday & Monday will be the busiest with folks registering. Tuesday will be so, so. By Wednesday and Thursday we pretty much need folks to man the table to be available for whatever may be needed. The area typically is good place to hang out and chat with folks.
Thank you again to those you have volunteered. If you still want to help and haven't offered please do. If registration schedule gets filled there may be other things your help may be needed for .
Thank you! Blessings, Carolyn

Carolyn,
I signed up on the volunteer page when I registered and will be V E R Y happy to do what ever you or the others may need. I will strive to be as helpful as possible. The only requirement/request is that there be a place to sit occasionally and a ready bathroom close by. As I have gotten somewhat older, my knees and back are just not as youthful as I would like for them to be.
I will try to be there Sunday afternoon or earlier, SO be ready to give me some orders, commands, wishes, or just plain GO FER. After all, you cannot fire a volunteer---CAN YOU???

A chair to sit on and some shade over your head are typically available at the registration desk. Normally situated close to the front of the host hotel also. You should be good to go.
