It doesn't look like gas and food is to close to ground zero. Is that correct? Is the Hotel food expensive?

If my recomemberer is correct,  fuel is within 1/4 mile.  Several restaurants about 2 miles of 4 lane away.

Nearest gas appears to be 1.1 miles north of GZ, on Cheat Rd just west of the 43 underpass...

although not fluent in Morgantown WV,  we did stay there 2 separate nights (guessing Best western?) and nice town plenty of gas stations and food nearby pretty much anywhere in town I would imagine.

We stayed there first night of driving en route to Washington DC last year from WI.

Wife was very upset though taking 'the long way' home with family of 4 in our car, since I wanted to go thru the mountainous curves and switchbacks in the mountain ranges,  scenic for sure, but not good on getting much closer to home anytime soon vs. doing the interstates.
