Inzane Registration Volunteer Schedule is Set

Hi everyone,

Anyone who volunteered to help out with registration via the board or pm to me has been scheduled.

I sent everyone a PM letting them know what I scheduled for them. Please let me know if this time isn’t good for you. Also if you’d have other availability during the week let me know that too; so I can pass your information on to other areas that may need help.

As I mentioned in my request asking for help, Sunday, Monday and maybe Tuesday will be busier days for registration because this is when most will arrive. By Wednesday and Thursday things will really slow down. Folks are still needed for those who will still be arriving. By this time we may be asking this table to handle the sale of raffle tickets.
 
No matter what you are doing to help out its appreciated and you will enjoy the time spent. I can’t think of a better way to meet some of finest folks around.

For those who have not worked registration before it’s not a hard job and only takes a bit to get the hang of the process. Typically, you are working with someone who has done it before.

If there is interest Patrick and I could hold a training. We could possible do one on Sunday maybe 4ish and if another is needed we could set another time.

We won't make it in until Monday AM. We have done many things like this before, but each one is a little different.
Do you have anything written down (Word doc, PDF etc.) that could be shared as to procedure?
