slight rubbing sound when taking off at 15 mph goes away

I know that's not a lot to go on. I'm religious about greasing the splines, bearings seem ok . Once I hit above 15 mph noise goes away bike rides fine no strange vibrations.  Any ideas?

Tire noise?  Brake drag? If you stay below 15 mph does the noise continue? No marks on your tire side wall? Try to give us a little more info, did this just start suddenly or have repairs been done etc.

yes noise continues below 15 mph.. I'm thinking a very light brake drag possibly.  I guess Ill look into that.

Check the front fender, underneath. There are rubber pads glued to the fender, to help dampen road noise. May be hanging loose, and rubbing on the tire :cooldude:

If so there will be stripes on the tire that you can see from where they rub.
