The forum over the years has given great reviews on the Woody.....I live in Dallas and find the standard Honda windshield for the Tourer/Standard perfect---it is so hot here the windshield breaks the wind for the torso and most of the helmet very well but allowing adequate ventilation elsewhere--it is perfectly formed so at high speeds it doesn't flutter as do some non-stock windshields-(Rifle?)

Woody fairings are awesome. If i had a tourer or standard i would go with a woody. I priced one for my brother on his tourer and it was just under 1100 bucks with radio and speakers and the headlight extention and gauge relocate kit.

Woodys for me and I ordered mine without radio but had him cut the holes for it and then put in the system of my choice, in my opinion you won't get the customer service from the other two you mentioned as you will from Glen. Also he is a one man operation and hand lays the fiberglass. Support the little company you won't be sorry.

I got the wide open customs, and am pretty happy with it. One thing, it only comes with the stereo holes pre-cut. I wasn't initially planning on installing a stereo, so I should've gone with the Woodys if I wanted to have a flat surface in front to put all my gauges and indicators. I ended up putting an awesome stereo, amp and speakers in and am very happy I went that route.

Another vote for the Woody's. I had mine shipped from Glen to Northern Michigan Leather where the outer fairing was wrapped in leather. I've got a rocking sound system in it. Ask anyone who has heard it.

With the kit for the gauge relocation kit and the headlight lowering bracket, It's pretty easy. In my opinion, the Woody's just looks right and sits right on the bike. I've seen some of the others, and either they were not installed right or they just don't sit down right on the front. I seen a Valk fitted with a Harley Bat wing fairing that looked pretty good. The gauges were custom located into the fairing. I also believe a Harley headlight was used in place of the stock headlight for a proper fit.

It took me 3 or 4 years to figure out how to post pics. Hopefully I can explain how I do it. Open a free account with photo bucket, but your pics on there. Then as you view your pics on there to the right side will be 4 brackets, one will be labeled img. Click on that, then come back here to your dialogue post and do a regular paste. It will show it as a bunch of Internet gobbly gook. But if you click on preview it will show your pic. Then just click post.
