I know, it's not about bikes but, does anybody out there good with electric motors. I have a 24 volt mower that as a dead battery. I don't want to buy a battery again is it possible, to convert this motor to 120 volts AC or does it as to stay in DC.

has to stay dc, or you would need to purchase a ac to dc (correct) voltage convertor, last time i did my battery 2 were 60.00 for the set.

If you really want to drag the cord around with you, strapping an AC motor to the mower deck wouldn't be too hard or expensive. That sounds kinda neat to me, you'd be the talk of the neighborhood.

You don't need a cord. Just put a side car on the electric mower and put one of those gas generators in it. Easy peasy.

Backing up won't be fun with that...............

I'm thinking more along the lines of this:

But, I'd like to see them add a remote camera so, I don't have to go out of the house ya know.  Wink

With just a few modifications, you northeners could mount a snow plow or blower on it.   Maybe put a hitch on it and send it out for groceries to..   angel

Now, where was that Go Fund Me page?  Wink

Definitely much better, you could probably add your own camera.
