You know or heard of Davis Creek Energy out of Seneca , SC ? Went on a great ride today ( hope to do a ride report later ) this company owns massive amounts of land near the Tennessee / Kentucky border. Apparently they have stirred up a shitstorm wanting to strip mine this land. I'm a friend of coal and all the folks it feeds however I sure hope they don't strip mine these beautiful mountains.

If you zoom in on the link, you can see there's a
Davis Creek right near there.

The Seneca address is, like, a little store front, not much
more than a post office box. If they're all about Davis
Creek, I don't know why their business is located
in South Carolina... I guess for lawyer or tax reasons...

Yes that has got to be it cause I saw Duff, Tennessee and it wasn't far from McCloud Mountain. I was thinking we was closer to Kentucky as we took some awesome country back roads today.
