Cool pic on the road to Inzane

I snapped this after outrunning a storm near the New Mexico/Texas border.  I think it's my new favorite pic of the Mothership.  Oklahoma City tomorrow, Springfield, MO Friday, Terre Haute, IN Saturday and Morgantown on Sunday!  See y'all there.

Good grief, the rally only covers a week, can't imagine needing that much "stuff" for a short time period. In years past I've taken trips covering weeks rather than a few days and didn't have half that.  

Neat picture, not sure where it was taken on the border but I've been through there in August. Traveling west Texas or crossing Kansas that time of year isn't my idea of fun. That pic reminds me of dodging a twister in west Kansas many years ago, backtracked to an overpass about a mile back, laid the bike down and scrambled up the embankment. Changed my shorts at the next stop.  

And yes, I'm jealous 'cuz the wife's health issues prevents me from making the trip this year. Have a great trip, coming that far makes it an adventure instead of just another trip.

In his defense I think he's making a 3 week vacation out of this.

Jeez guys, its just a tail bag and a small ice chest.  The other stuff you see is my jacket and helmet that I took off before the picture was taken.  After Inzane, I'm heading to Baton Rouge for a few days, then up to Sacramento and finally back home to Los Angeles.  So, three weeks on the road.
