A special shout out to Scott Talisman who regularly advertises here on VRCC for making a tank bib for our bike. I have one of Scott's tank bibs on my 1500 and now on the 1800!  http://www.saddlebagsbytalisman.com

I received my new tank bib and installed it today. I like the clean no pouch look however he has that as a option as well. Scott also had the black eyed studs to match the studs on my Seat!!!!

The fit was 100% perfect and a perfect line up of all holes making the install no more than 10 minutes. I am greatful to anyone who will take the time to support the 1800 as we do not have the options like the 1500 does. I'm not sure I will ever get the 1500 where I want it as the farkle options are endless!

I recently was accused of trying to 1500ize the 1800 and I agree I am guilty, I can't hide.   Roll Eyes  2funny
Now I need slash exhaust tips to extend out past the bags.   coolsmiley

Take a look at the Canadian craftsmanship!!  cooldude

Scott has also sent me two tank bibs for raffle prizes Here at I nZane. Great quality and craftsmanship. Thank you Talisman Leather for your support. Without folks like Scott that are willing to donate to our raffle it would be very difficult to keep this thing we call InZane afloat.  cooldude

I had a Talisman bib on my Interstate and couldn't agree more about Scott. He's a class act who sells a top notch product.

You've done a great job of that 1800.  I'd do the same with the bags. Gives it bike a finished look

Yeah, Jerry, all of your rides look unique, elegant, and well done. Not overdone at all, yet very well appointed and very well done. The Talisman bib seems very much in keeping with that theme. While it adds luster and sparkle, it in no way comes off as overpowering or gaudy... things very much to my liking.

T-man403 replaced the Iron Horse two pouch bib on ALI when he was altering my life, and he added a Talisman bib with a pouch. Scott, whom I've not had the pleasure of meeting yet, provided the new bib and it even had 'ALI's' name embroidered on the flap!

WOW! What an addition that has been, and the compliments certainly have resulted from that generous gesture!!! Terry never would tell me if he worked some sort of deal with Scott or if he paid full-freight for it, but either way, the result was one mighty proud owner!

Anyway, I do like what you do with your rides... Your taste and mine apparently are fairly close in that regard, and you do work wonders with farkle... Well done!

Bruce, I missed the embroidered bib and did not realize Scott did that as well. The day of our cook out was busy and I missed many things. I sure wish I had more talk time with you as I know you have many more travel tails that are better in person.  Surely hope you will be in the area next time we do this. Also want to say thank you for the positive words regarding our bikes and Sherry and I, regarding our Support of the Florida chapter you mentioned a few months back.

You're just mighty welcome, amigo! Everything I said I meant... Y'all do make a big difference, and we appreciate ya!!! Yeah, I'll be showing up at odd times now and then again... I got lots of serious riding to do, but I've never forgotten my Valk roots... Meeting y'all was very nice... and I am, after all, a sucker for BBQ... just ask any of the old timers!
