there was a bill called the clunker bill in the late 90s which was defeated that if passed would have only allowed cars 5 yr and newer on any roads in USA.  Japan has a similar law in place for yrs.
vote hildemon and it will be here real soon.
of course the car companies and the unions love this law and the politicians will push for this cause more good high paying jobs for union workers and votes for them. screw the rest of america as long as the union boys and car companies make their millions.
