Well we just finished our third day. All is going well we just had one little problem with John's a vacuum line on his pet rooster. I had a little problem with my headset speakers but that I was easily resolved with a little WD-40. We are now in Greenville Illinois at the Super 8 got in pretty late. We went through some of the hardest things I've ever been through in my life I've been riding for about 50 years and it was really really bad. Tomorrow's our final leg into Morgantown West Virginia for insane. I rolled over a hundred and forty eight thousand miles today on my bike we've gone 1949 miles so far. Even with all the rain in a few mechanical problems we've been having it's been a great ride and we wouldn't trade it for anything.so anyway I'll try to keep you posted I wish I could put some pictures but I'm doing this on my cell phone , so anyway that's about it.

Thanks for checking in, much appreciated.  Sorry to hear about some of your trip challenges.

I bought my 97 standard in April of 97 in Jacksonville, IL at Sport City Honda about 100 or so north of you. About the best family owned Mom & Pop shop I've ever had the privilege to patronize.  We lived in the Quad Cities along the Mighty Mississip yet another 150 or so miles north of Jacksonville.
