Hello I found these parts with my new Valkyrie. It is a 1998 Tourer. One is clearly a Honda part and i have no idea what the other thing is. What say you? Thanks, Matt

That wire thing with loops was some kind of device to secure and hang your helmet when parked on the street, if my memory serves me right. I don't recall how it is supposed to be configured. I never used it. I can't tell what's in the plastic bag. Maybe dump the parts out on a bench to take the pic.

The first pic is kind of hard to tell what all is in there. But it looks like a petcock repair kit s part of it, some old vacuum caps, some carb parts. The second pic is easy. It's your cable for a helmet lock. When you remove the seat you will see a little hook that it goes on. Put the cable thru your D ring hook both ends on it and lock the seat back on. (I think I've only used mine once)

That wire thing is for using your helmet to scratch up your left side cover.

I believe they put a nice hook on the frame under the seat to hook that rubber coated cable on. Can't say for sure cause I haven't looked at it for 16 1/2 years.

I would say you have a mix of parts some for cars like the big diaphragm looks like it could go to some vacuum speed control, the other stuff may be some cut off grips assorted springs. One may be for the kick stand and cant tell anything else.

From what I can tell; the first picture is a complete Flux Capacitor assembly. Very rare and very expensive. The second picture is of a steam powered Singer sewing machine throttle grosket. Also very rare but with little collector value.
