I don't know how many are familiar with Guy Relford. He's a very well thought of(depending on where you stand on the freedom issue), successful attorney who seems to specialize in 2nd Amendment rights. He's also a Hoosier.

He has a weekly radio show concerning 2nd Amendment law. It can also be listened to at anytime on the following website. It's very informative and very interesting if you're concerned about this subject. Below is a link.

If you scroll down through the dates to 06/18/16 you will find that show discusses the no-fly list and the implications of tying it to firearms ownership.

Doubt it. Sounds to me like they were knowingly breaking several laws and had drugs in the vehicle. I assume knowingly only because it sounds as if they are associated with a firearms related business so you'd think they had to be aware of New Jersey laws. Perhaps there is much I don't know about it though.

I don't understand why three poeple, who, I would think ,should know NYC laws, try to go through town with a well marked, advertised gun enthusiast  vehicle.   Seems to me a defense lawyer would have to come up with something real interesting to fix that problem.

Cracked windshield, my arse!  The cops were itching to pull it over.

"Arsenal found".  How many guns does it take to be claimed to be an arsenal by the stupid Press.?

One would be my guess since the press seems equally confused by the definition of "assault rifle".
