When I left Inzane, I forgot to turn the gas on. 180 miles later when I stopped for gas & coffee, I saw it was off. Huh...that ain't right...turned it on and headed for home.
Last night I PM'ed Hook about it. An hour later he writes back "come over tomorrow and we'll fix that!"
Stopped over to his Valkyrie ranch (5 of them!) this morning and he replaced the cover set in no time.  Found a dirty air filter too, so he checked stock, and yup, had one so in that went too.

Thanks again Bill, I will be stopping over with some Yingling soon!   cooldude

A cover set won't fix the cause of a valve that flows fuel when in the off position.

We did it because we had to inspect the pet rooster anyways. I didn't see any issues with the cover set parts but......

The petcock is realitivly new and seems to click into place correctly.  Craig says he's sure he positioned it right.  It did seem to take slightly more pressure to turn than I'm used to, but it clicked fine.

Seems to be working correctly now, and Craig will monitor it closer.

I did the same thing on my new to me valk.  What was the first ?  Mine semi to turn super easy. The reserve does work thankfully as I have drained the main a couple of times already.
