WE must say enough is enough. Nobody else is going to do it. The world needs America to take charge, right now. WE need to insist that our leaders do something to end this, right now! Instead, our leader is bashing a presidential candidate during speeches in foreign countries. Instead of being the world leader Mr. Obama
should be he's going to cruise through the next 6 months cowering from behind.
I could be wrong. He could be ramping up air, sea, and ground forces, meeting with the generals and admirals to give them total autonomy and clear directives to actually WIN this war.
Between the two candidates for this lead role, one has very clearly demonstrated, during war-time, that they were
incapable of handling the situation they "inherited" (they sought after their positions, nobody forced them to take it), in fact,
escalating it to several other middle eastern countries leading to more and more innocent and military deaths. We've seen one show up to a meeting with Putin with a reset button and tweets #bringbackourgirls when 250 young girls were kidnapped in Nigeria. We saw one lie about their failure in foreign policy and to the parents of dead soldiers. We saw one use a private server to hide all communications and references to their entire role as Sec'y of State. One has also accepted billions in "donations" from foreign heads of state whose civil rights policies regarding women, gays, marriage, etc. are everything their side rails against.
But the other guy is bad, knows nothing, has a big mouth, etc. What could he possibly do that's worse? Who could have imagined the entire above paragraph could ever happen? Who could imagine that millions of people will vote to continue the above paragraph? And then, who could have imagined that the folks wanting to perpetuate all this would actually try and take to moral high ground? And still, this is the one we want to lead us through a period in history in which foreign relations and policies WILL effect the entire world forever. Because
this time they'll do better? When did it all get so backwards?
