Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) charges.

According to FAIR, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) records the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) request on FAIR’s behalf reveal that the 30,558 criminal aliens ICE released in FY 2014 committed 13,288 additional crimes.

The number of subsequent convictions contained in FIOA documents is far higher than the 1,423 additional offenses ICE reported to the House Judiciary Committee last July.

The criminal aliens released in FY 2014 who went on to commit those additional crimes had convictions for offenses like homicide, kidnapping, assault, sexual assault, and drunk driving. The new crimes, according to ICE’s report to Congress, included vehicular homicide, domestic violence, sexual assault, DUI, burglary and assault.

Serk I read nor watch either of your referenced sources but here is an emoticon for you   I'm sorry that you think I am a communist or liberal.

Gavin, yeah my brain had not caught up with my fingers when I wrote that. Bad phrasing.  Wrote president instead of administration. Frankly jumbled the whole question. My bad.  All I meant to ask was for more detail on the figures being claimed.  How many crimes committed vs how many originally claimed.

Thank God for the "ask Britman thread",   and thanks for actually trying to help.  I went to both the FAIR and IRLI websites but couldn't find a reference to the FOI document so I still have no basis for an opinion.  Not saying it's untrue.  It's easy to phrase things in a way to conceal bias.  There is an incomplete list of additional crimes that included a list of pretty heinous things but doesn't list any other crimes that might be minor like traffic violations nor any other information or data that would reveal percentages of types of crimes committed or really any useful information at all.  

I did read the Wikipedia page on FAIR. Won't bore anyone with details.
