FBI head chalks it up to Bad Judgement.

We've just witnessed HISTORY folks.  We have just witnessed to exact time when Mrs. Hillary Rodham-Clinton was handed the Presidency of the United States of America.

and all the "little peasants" that used "Bad Judgement", were PROSECUTED!  Some in jail, for "Bad Judgement".  Laws are NOT made for the Clintons to obey.

We all knew "The Fix" was in!  I guess we were a little dillusional that maybe THIS TIME, it was not.  Kind of like Lucy always snatching the Football away from Charlie Brown..  You keep hoping, but, it keeps happening.

With few exceptions, the entire government in Dc is corrupt, lying, self serving, cover our asses.  Laws are for us peasants. I won't comment on what we can do now.  Voting?  I don't know, too many want a free ride, nothing else matters.

Interesting that when the 'Black Live Matter ' crowd raised hell about the not guilty verdict in Missouri, the press fawned all over them, even though that verdict was  Due Processunder the Law.

Watch what the Left and the lame stream media will have to say about us complaining about this FBI decision, which is highly suspect

I disagree. I'd say it was when the Republicans put forth their most recent group of candidates, and subsequently ended up with Trump as their presumptive nominee.

"No reasonable prosecutor would bring the case to court," end quote,

and I have to agree. When you have that much clout and have a corrupt government why would you sacrifice your carer to bring this to court. It has NOTHING TO DO WITH FACTS and everything to do with personal well being.

What I found interesting, is that there was no comment on her use of Sec of State position to secure millions for the Clinton Slush Foundation Fund.  Yes, this was a security investigator, but in the million man hours reviewing the security, was there nothing in there relevant to conflict of interest and selling Govt favors?  Nothing at all?

I'm thinking Gen Petraeus and Martha Stewart are scratching their heads today.

And this:  http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/437479/fbi-rewrites-federal-law-let-hillary-hook

And by the way Mr FBI director, every minute that Ms Clinton (and her commander in chief) draw breath, they do do violate their oaths of office, and do intend harm to the United States.

I think there are a whole lot of other folks scratching their heads. But, they certainly belong on the top of the list.

No surprises since her last name is "CLINTON". It is truly amazing (and disgusting) what this family gets away with.

And her supporters go wild!!!!!

+1 if the GOP had nominated anyone with experience, knowledgeable and halfway moderate, Clinton with her big negatives would loose.  Really almost anyone other than the egomaniacal bozo you got.  So way to go Republicans, she thanks you for your gift. Shot yourself in the foot again.  Maybe it's God's way of saving the country.

What a line of bullshit, you don't get it either.  Trump doesn't get my award for excellence in diplomacy BUT he speaks the Truth. Most of us are damn tired of BS on both sides of the aisle. (and the POTUS)

Liars ,all.  The Republicans don't want to shake the status quo any more than the Dems.  Both parties and the commoander-in-chief are liars!

We'll see if Trump is the pushover when it comes to November.  Interesting, maybe.  A Power hungry total habitual liar vs a shoot off the mouth layman who wants to see America "Great Again'

I wasn't defending Hillary or saying she was a great candidate.  I wish Joe Biden had run along with Kasich or Pataki.  Would have seriously considered either.

It isn't over folks.  She hasn't won the Presidency yet . THE PEOPLE can find her guilty in November, she still has to win it.  WE the people can do what the fbi was too scared to do. Alot can happen before November.  I feel this may very well backfire on her, people are angry really angry, that she wasn't held accountable for Benghazi or charged over the e-mail scandal .  It aint over till it's over and it isn't over.   Who really believed she would be charged ?  I didn't have any faith in the fbi anyway. Who amoung us REALLY believed she would get charged ?  You see, this changes nothing in any of this.  As has been stated above," we will see what happens in November" .

"However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion."

George Washington in his farewell speech had it correct, a pox on both parties for the choices presented as candidates.

Hey, when all the dust and BS settles ,  the results of the FBI findings means that Hilary can not pass a Top Secret Security clearance.  Wow! A candidate for the POTUS who cannot pass a security clearance.  All kinds of doors will open, none of them good.

That turns everything on its ear. While employed in a company making military gear I had only a Secret Clearance and even that was a BIG DEAL!

How will the libs and the media explain that?

The "Fix" was in a long time ago for HRC.  The whole investigation was an exercise to appease the american people and the republicans.  She was never going to see federal charges as long as the dumb ass in the white house was around.  Corrupt Corrupt Corrupt, this Gov is no better than that of Mexico.

Here is the actual law:

18 U.S.C. 793 - GATHERING, TRANSMITTING OR LOSING DEFENSE INFORMATION (Sec f)
Whoever, being entrusted with or having
lawful possession or control of any document,
writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph,
photographic negative, blueprint, plan,
map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information,
relating to the national defense, (1)
through gross negligence permits the same to be
removed from its proper place of custody or delivered
to anyone in violation of his trust, or to
be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2)
having knowledge that the same has been illegally
removed from its proper place of custody
or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust,
or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and
fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft,
abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than ten years, or both.

I see NOTHING that says the person must have intent to do harm.

It's pretty clear that the FBI Director has grossly misinterpreted the law.

The only question is why?

Is he afraid of losing his job?

OR

Like many others that have crossed HRC is he afraid of losing his life?

Yep.  Different rules for the Clintons.  Always have been.  And, the FBI Director admits that if it was you or me, we would be prosecuted, and spend many years in prison for EXACTLY what she did.

Yesterday we were headed home from a 10 day family reunion vacation in Northern Michigan.  Hungry I caught a sign at exit 160 on 1-75 between Bay City and Saginaw.  Lake Erie bluegill dinner which the wife and I could not resist ( heck even my 13 year old son and his friend liked it ).  While eating my attention was focus on the tv.  I was mesmerized.  I went to the bar and sat next to the owner who hates this disgusting lady and her family as much as me.  The event lasted 18 minutes.  For 16 of them we were smiling and amazed at the case layed out by Comey of all the wrong doing she had done and it was overwhelming.  Surely an indictment ruling would be suggested.  Then the last 2 minutes turned to utter horse shot and the news commentators and former federal prosecutors, former judges I listened to on the radio the rest of the way home and on tv later were as bewildered as myself, at what they had just seen play out.   See for months now we have been told the FBI was the one organization that was not corrupt and Comey was a straight shooter.  That all changed in the final two minutes.  He obviously was in the tank and presented nothing more than a dog an pony show for 16 months and millions of dollars.  Maybe he was not originally but in the end it can be the only conclusion.   I suspect someone from high up named Lynch and potus got the word to him for a myrid of reasons that all may be true, one we have seen time and time again the past 8 years starting with fast and furious, Irs, etc.  The are two sets of rules and laws and now the whole world can see.
