We bought a new to us Valkyrie for our Stable this past week.  1997 Red / White with a Motortrike kit and Roadsmith rake.  Trish has been looking at Can AM Spyders the last few months.  After seeing Barb's Red/White Trike at InZane she was convinced a Valkyrie would work for her.  We found this one for sale in Florida for a good price.  Nice first bike for her.  Will need to make a few changes but should work well.  Looks a lot better in the garage than the alternative.

So you guys came to Florida and didn't say a word to us! Shame on you!

Gorgeous bike though and she definitely looks happy on it!

Beautiful trike!!
I have a 2000 Interstate with a California Sidecar kit on it.
My wife has a CanAm Spyder. We both were at Inzane16 and had a great time. I do have to say, Riding my wife's Spyder is a completly different ride , while I love both of my Valkyries ('99 Std.) I have to admit that the Spyder drives, rides and handles way better than my trike. I have a new respect for the Spyder!

Just thought I'd throw my two cents into the flow!

Is there another long horn on the other side? Looks like you will be matching DaPrez's horn's

It is a large electronic horn but only on one side.  Sounds a lot like the Quad installed on my Valk.  Not nearly as loud as Mark T's train/fire truck air horn he has installed on his bike.

http://www.horseapple.com/Valkyrie/Tech_Tips/Train-Horn/train-horn.html

I wanted to put his on the Green hot rod Valkyrie Interstate that had the pods taken off, but got talked into selling it last year before starting that project.  Would have loved to use that horn when preoccupied drivers tried to invade my lane.  If I had room for a nice Standard in the garage the horn would fit on one of those.

Sure hoping she takes to this Valkyrie trike.  It is a Lot cheaper than the Can Am Spyder's some of our riding partner's wife's have been riding.  They look and ride nice but I'm just leery of buying a bike that is not a Honda.
