 Can't believe that my Valk hasn't sold yet. I see people all over selling them for 5-6K for a standard. I am practically giving mine away at $3500 and only a couple of question askers, no serious lookers.....strange indeed.

It's a nice looking bike. Do you have it listed on Craigslist also ? I would think most of us here aren't in the market and a lot of people don't know to look here. Also talk up the extras. Chrome fork lowers, Baker air wings, fender adornment, etc. $3500 is an excellent price, I think it just hasn't gotten noticed yet. Good luck.

Art...At the risk of pissing you off, I can only tell you the reason why I had breezed past your ad, with no interest.

Only one picture, with no close ups. No mileage listed, and no history on bike. No reason for selling. In my way of thinking, you need to "sell" your bike, and that means promoting and marketing. It is hard for a person to purchase a bike with so little information. I have traveled several hundred miles in the past few months, looking at bikes. I will find what I'm looking for!  Believe me, I have been actively seeking a second Valk since about April. I have looked at bikes on Ebay, Valk sites, Cycle Trader, and Craigslist; all over the Country. The ads that don't contain the information that is of interest to me, gets passed up.

Please understand that I really don't want you pissed at me; just improve your ad, and your bike will sell. Good luck!

What Danny McMillion says is right, you need to spice up your ad.

I've got no experience selling Valks, all mine is in buying

But, when I saw your ad, which is a great deal, your lack of info and pictures did not push any buttons.

Mileage, maintenance done, accessories added, tire condition, etc, etc.

Nice picture background makes a bike look good.  And some DIFFERENT angle pictures make a big difference.  I hate seeing an ad with 3 pictures of the same side.

If I didn't already have a Blue and Cream, I'd consider your's
