mojo and Sindee will be driving in on Saturday.

Diane and I, along with others yet to be determined (Fudgie and Jamie? Mike and Tammy? John and Donna?), will roll in Friday afternoon, too. Can't wait to see everyone.

Fri night for us. Cant leave till 4-5ish due to my work.

I will be working Friday as well. Hopefully , I can get away a little early. I'm only 45 minutes or so from ground zero though. Looking forward to seeing everyone there and the start of another vacation on motorcycles. We'll be there 'til Sunday, coming home and switching out bikes to head out to Arkansas for the week and a F6B rally.

Looks like my mechanic is coming along for the ride and he would like to share a room to split costs.
He don't stink too bad and is even willing to sleep on the floor.

kick stands up a 9am. HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS. everyone should be able to make this trip on one tank of gas it is only around 104 miles.  We will head across the HIghway to 337 and follow it to Depauw turn LEFT ON ST. RD. 64 to Miltown and make are way through the little town to Deviles Hallow Road.  We will take a short stop at what is known as the Shoe Tree. ( If you want bring a pear old shoes we are going to write on ours dragon round up 2016 and toss them up in the tree.) Form there to Wyandotte Cave road to 62.  Turnning left on 62 to 462 for about 2.5 miles and turnning left on Old Forest to Valley View road to heidelburgs road following it to Lickford Bridge road to as Gas, Rest Room break.  After break back across to Lickford Bridge to New Amsterdam then taking the river road to 135 where we will cross the Ohio River to Brandenburg for lunch at Home Plate Restaurant we will about 5 stop lights to go through if we and we will get split up you need to turn left at micky D's at the light.
After lunch take 135 N. to in.11 along the river to scenic view dr along the river to mosqutio road to Sunset Strip Rd to 111 from there to Rabbit Hash Rd.  to Baptist Chruch rd. and work are way to New Middletown and from there back to the Motel.
One other think Jack (whiplash) and Marge will not be with us this year Jack passed away going to miss these guys.

Due to an 88 year old bladder that refuses to behave some times, I won't be driving with you.

I don't want to be the one holding up the ride as been mentioned a number of times on the VRCC.

i intend to maybe do some driving on 337, 11, and 111 while the group is riding your route.  I won't be eating lunch with you .

I'm mainly going for the gabfest before and after the ride, at the motel.  I'm bringing a chair and some Scotch.  It's been awhile since I've talked to my friends in person.

I wasn't going to bring the trailer but I cant pack like Dirty Dan and I wanted to bring a chair. no point in a trailer for one chair so I'm bringing 5 and only have but one a$$ so I will have 4 extra seats to share

Steve and I were talking last night and this will be the first time it has rained on that saturday in the 8 years he has been doing this ride. You can't win them all.

Hey Rainman and Gavin, Stephanie has been working like a dog this week, but finished up the DRU T shirts last night around 10pm. Seems like every year we are working late getting shirts done for everyone and their mother before we go on this ride,  , like they say in business, those are the kind of problems you want.  As if we aren't busy enough, we went and opened up another store, 26 miles away in Dickson, so we are running full bore here lately.  Who said retirement was boring? 

We just want to thank ya'll for letting us provide these shirts each year for the guys and gals on this DRU event. Lord willing, we will continue to do so.  We always look forward to seeing everyone and meeting new folks along the way.   We will be there rain or shine with everyone's shirts that they ordered.  We look forward to the ride and sitting around visiting with all the fine folks that attend this ride.   See ya'll Friday evening

Any chance of posting a picture of the final product? Thank you guys for doing this year after year for us. I know we have only recently (within the last 3 years) started doing shirts, but it seems to be a big hit. How many shirts did you make this year?

I've seen 3 different forecasts.  If it has to rain, the best one says AM showers and then partly cloudy.
But, when have you seen a 100% correct forecast?
