So many colors to choose from yet so few stand out

Covington, TN

« on: July 24, 2016, 03:12:25 PM »

Was just reading the forum  in the thread where JoeValkIS was telling those interested that he was a good cuddler (those interested can talk to Joe)  Wink  with the TV on providing background noise.   The trailer for the movie Nerve came on and I watched it.   In the trailer, they show a biker who was blind folded or couldn't see, tell his passenger, "Remember, you're my eyes".   They then show the two of them on the bike navigating and swerving through busy traffic.

Which brings me to wonder, how long before some kids try this.   It'll be the new challenge to prove something.    I'm sure it's going to happen, may even be recorded with a Go Pro to prove it happened.   Sure hope they don't kill anyone.   Darwin was right but the problem is, idiots take innocent folks with them.

I know this stuff sells tickets.

You're not the only one who wonders what today's entertainment is doing to young minds.  The recent shootings in Germany were by a young man who was a big fan of violent video games.  Maybe instead of banning guns we should ban this kind of crap

I have no doubt that "entertainment" and computer games play a big part of shaping attitudes of youth.    I also believe that parenting is the toughest job on the planet if the parent gives a damn.

I'm thinking there's a relationship between those two.
