Anyone want to guess the outcome of this "investigation", under the current administration?
I smell whitewash on the transparent (DNC) fence.

There is no investigation into the Clinton Foundation (he says waving his hand in front of the face of all within earshot).
All money funneled in and out of the Foundation was done so entirely ethically and legally. And anyway there was no money.
This is all a vast right-wing conspiracy to attack the spotless reputation of the perfectly innocent Clintons by Rush Limbaugh, the radical wingnuts on the right and Fox News.
And don't forget, Trump is a philanderer and a racist who wants to dismantle NATO and abandon all of our allies, with whom ties have never been stronger due to the Obama administration's stellar and heretofore unrivaled foreign policy. But boy does his plagiarizing wife have a nice set of ya-ya's.

Abraham Lincoln was the first Republican US President and he signed the Emancipation Proclamation and "freed the slaves", alienating him and the North further from the mostly- Republican South. The slavery issue was not so much a party issue between Republicans and Democrats, but rather a sectional issue between the industrialized North and the agrarian South, and it remained an issue during the Westward Expansion as territories were incorporated into the Nation and subsequently divided into States. Feeling enlightened yet? |
