Dems were incensed about the RNC going after Hillary during the RNC convention. Thought it was terrible.
However, after THREE days of the DNC, they have mentioned Trump 332 times, while the RNC mentioned Hillary 200 something times in FOUR days!
Yet, the RNC is the hateful ones! What a load of .......!

I'm hoping to hell this turns into a worse landslide than Reagan/Carter. Not that the RNC is a bunch of saints, but the DNC, especially this latest version that seems to be run by the Clintons, is the most despicable lot I've ever seen in national politics. They make the Nixon fiasco look like a parking ticket. She needs to be thumped, and soundly. And then mercilessly prosecuted.

HAHAHA!! Maybe because Trump is EASY to attack??! He's the laughing stock of the world and yet conservatives are taking him seriously. "Make America Great Again?" In other words, you hate what America is now and want to change it, into some dream that never existed in the first place? Why not just be honest?! It's like conservatives saying that they would NEVER allow "socialism" into America. Because, of course, America isn't "socialist" now - with farm subsidies, oil subsidies, tech sector tax breaks, big Pharma tax discounts, guaranteed selective farm market prices, tax allowances for moving business overseas, never-you-mind the popular "socialist" targets of Medicare & Social Security - we would NEVER be "socialist", now would we??!

This is precious. Idiot congressman from RI, David Cicciline, says Trump should not be allowed to get any national security briefings, which he would be getting soon now as the official GOP nominee. Why? Because he asked the Russians to try to hack into Hillary's email to find the 30k missing emails.
Think about that. How simple are these people in whom we've put our trust that they took that request seriously.

I would agree that Trump is pretty easy to attack depending on the person's perspective. I'm not a fan of Trump. But, Hillary is the most despicable lying snake in the grass that the Dems could have offered up from my own perspective. We may see that differently. I would also suggest that Conservatives already recognize some of the things you say are "socialist". Whether or not they agree with them, they do recognize they are present. What I believe is, Conservatives don't wish to see our government to continue to swing that direction and would like to see the pendulum swing back the other way some. I won't speak for others but, I personally recognize the need to help some folks in some ways but, too many live off the backs of those who do contribute. I see it on a daily basis and I'd bet you do to if you would step back and take a balanced look. A good example (for me) would be Social Security, I see no reason someone who has not contributed to SS should receive any benefits from that system. And yet, there are many who do. Not fair to those who have contributed to the system most or all of their lives. How about Medicare Fraud, EBT Fraud and on and on. Don't tell me there isn't opportunity in this country, it's here. I don't have a thing I possess that I haven't earned but I know many who have what they have because my (and your) taxes paid for it. Again, where is the justice in that? I fully expect the Dems to knock Trump at every opportunity but, what they really need to do is give us a reason to TRUST Hillary. I've yet to see or hear a reason to indicate she is in this for anything but the money, power and prestige of being the first female President. One only needs to look at her record (and her financial worth), the Clinton Foundation and other things to come up with that opinion. But, I doubt you will agree, we have different perspectives. Hillary won't be getting my vote, I'll vote for virtually anyone else running.

No doubt Mr. Trump is not a perfect candidate for President. Can't say there ever was one. Can surely say there never will be. We are kind of looking at an America like the college graduate that won't move out of the house. We absolutely love them but we see so much more potential than the current administration or the Democrat folks sees in it. It's time to kick'em out of the house to realize their potential. Want them to take pride in themselves and their abilities and to prepare to be the foundation of the next generation. Don't see alot of that happening of late. The current attitude of the administration and the Democrats seems to be to keep the kids at home forever. I think conservatives simply want the words "individual responsibility" and "personal obligation" put back into the conversation. As to the socialism comment. This was brought to you by the Political Establishment. This is what badly needs reform. We are a society. By definition we will have socialist policies threaded through it. That is not the basic issue. What is the basic issue is that the bulk of the socialist policies we have are driven by politics far beyond what is necessary. Short sighted policies that trap people into government provided bare subsistence lifestyles which are near impossible to get out from under. Short sighted policies that stifle business startups and growth making it extraordinarily difficult to get people hired, get things built, and to operate at all. And all of that and more has been brought to us by the Political Establishment of both major parties over the past 6 decades or more. We know a Clinton presidency will support and bring more of the same political driven socialist policies and will undermine any attempts at reform. She pretty much says this. Mr. Trump hasn't been a part of the Political Establishment. Yes, he's had to play the game by their rules as a businessman but he's not been a member of the Political Establishment and that is the attractiveness of his campaign. As far as Trump being easy to attack. Mr. Trump has has dozens of press conferences open to the press over the last 6 months and more. He has stood before them, unscripted mind you, for hours, fielding any question they would ask. Sure some of the answers are a bit interesting at times and he may have had to walk back a few. But he's up there taking the press and media on. Everyday. Mrs. Clinton has had how many press conferences? How many times has she gone before the press unscripted? Her appearances appear to be in very controlled atmospheres. Small venues. No questions or only pre chosen questions. Maybe if Mrs. Clinton would have 2-3 press conferences a week, or even a month, she'd be easy to attack too.

Referring to the yellow print, yes....I hate what America has been made into during the last ten years. Under obama's failed policies, the U.S. has created more nat'l. debt that all the preceding POTUS combined. We have more MILLIONS on food stamps, more MILLIONS unemployed, and as for the fiasco known as the Affordable Care Act....it appears to only be affordable if you aren't working. These are just a few of his "great" accomplishments that have fallen upon this once greater country. And yes, it still is a great country, contrary to your analysis, and is was even greater in days past. Were you around during the greatness that was openly demonstrated during the dark days of WWII, there's a reason those men and times are referred to as the "greatest generation." You are where you are today because of that generation and you're speaking neither Japanese or German. As for Socialism, do you really know what it is? Judging by your comments re. SUBSIDIES, it appears not. None of what you mention falls into the definitions listed below. As for Social Security and Medicare, what's socialist about it, it has been bought and paid for through the years by those of us that worked for most of our lives. It's not a giveaway program as are those you referred to. Re. Hillary, she has openly stated she plans to continue & expand obama's "legacy" since "he has laid the foundation for greatness with his work thus far." Really? For example our military, for which Hillary has total disdain, has been reduced to levels below that of pre-WWII and this nutjob plans to reduce it even further. Zero has either fired or caused to retire well over 100 staff officers, leaving a large vacuum at the top of experienced people. Some have said they would return to duty if asked but only under a different administration, openly stating "one that will actually listen to their advice when it's requested," something the current "know-it-all" has never done. If she gets in, it's another four or possibly eight years of the Obama "legacy" and I'm not sure this once powerful country will survive. It almost makes me glad I'm the age I am, I won't be around to watch its final demise, it has been discouraging and painful enough the last eight years to watch an inexperienced, narcissistic lout laying waste to this land. ============================================================== FULL DEFINITION OF SOCIALISM: 1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods 2 a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state 3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

YUP when your a criminal you have to try to pull others to that same level. Its quite sad really when you have to run a negative campaign because you have nothing good that you have done that you could take pride in. Things that people could praise you for and say good job like Trump has done with his life. It really doesn't matter what they say about Trump because a lot of people have lost faith and are upset at the current admin and parties. The more people I talk to the more I hear a vote for Trump.

John, you expressed it so much better that I could. I have no patience, zero, nada, for those that would espouse Clinton and Obama's policies. I would like to reply to those that like Obama's 'vision' but I won't. I'm afraid that I would say things that would permanently put me on the VRCC s$$$ list. However, they have the right to spout off their beliefs and give us all kinds of arguments for the continuation of Obama's failed policies. It will fall on deaf ears, figuratively and literally............Mine

The U.S. is not socialist, per se; but we do have a number of socialistic programs, the first of which began under Roosevelt. In FDR's defense, he had a nation in crisis and felt he had to do something. The difference between FDR and the current politicians, is that he at least recognized the inherent potential dangers of socialism, calling it narcotic like in its effect (paraphrased, full quote below). Not only has that proven true at an individual level, but also at a government level, as the government seeks ever more control through socialist policies. If FDR could see what has followed since his time, I doubt he would have made the same decisions. FDR quote: “The lessons of history, confirmed by evidence immediately before me, show conclusively that continued dependence on relief induces a spiritual and moral disintegration fundamentally destructive to the national fiber. To dole out relief in this way is to administer a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit. It is inimical to the dictates of sound policy. It is a violation of the traditions of America.”

As I previously stated, there are bright folks on both sides of the aisle. Unfortunately, too many voters don't consider what's good for the country as a whole, only for what's best for me. Politicians know this and they don't mind spending other people's money. By far, the Dems use this tactic more than anyone else.

Trillions of tax dollars have been spent "fighting poverty," but these programs have encouraged dependency, rather than self-reliance. We've created a generation that feels entitled. There once was a stigma associated with taking government hand-outs, no such stigma exists today; in fact, Pelosi once said receiving food stamps is a “Badge of Honor.”

So you've never claimed the mortgage on your tax return? Do you have homestead exemption in your county/state? You've never calimed it? Donated to charity? Never claimed it on your tax return? Why didn't obama do something about ALL the subsidies you mention during the time HE AND THE DEMOCRATS CONTROLLED THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT. Come on, tell us why!!! Such a shame to see a mind going to waste.

when I was a kid in junior high school the principal would start off many days with a PA speech about POTENTIAL
When a person is operating at less than their full potential they can be good They can not be great, by definition.
When a country is operating at less than its full potential it can still be the greatest country in the world
However it can be GREATER by achieving that potential
What is holding us back
Well just look around, open border, no rule of law, no respect for authority, failure to embrace the bill of rights, failure of so many things
What does the same old same old offer Well one definition of insanity is doing the same old thing and expecting a different result
Trump is not the same old same old, he may chafe your ass but he is not corrupt on the scale of clinton obama and the DNC. Clinton rewards corruption just look at the AG at the former DNC chair now her VP and the last DNC chair now with a promotion in her camp.
That my friends is insanity That is why I am a Democrat for Trump

As I previously stated, there are bright folks on both sides of the aisle. Unfortunately, too many voters don't consider what's good for the country as a whole, only for what's best for me. Politicians know this and they don't mind spending other people's money. By far, the Dems use this tactic more than anyone else. When the "takers" outnumber the contributors to a society, downfall would obviously be imminent. I have to wonder how close we are to that critical mass. Trillions of tax dollars have been spent "fighting poverty," but these programs have encouraged dependency, rather than self-reliance. We've created a generation that feels entitled. There once was a stigma associated with taking government hand-outs, no such stigma exists today; in fact, Pelosi once said receiving food stamps is a “Badge of Honor.” Yep. I remember my Grandmother and Grandfather here on the farm, talking about how bad it was to be "on the dole". People then did all they could to AVOID it. Today, it is encouraged, and you are called stupid for not taking it. They were born in 1890 and 1892. So, were in their 40's when they went thru the Depression. They saw tougher times than ANY of today in the US have seen. Way worse.

Pelosi once said receiving food stamps is a “Badge of Honor.”
Pelosi? You mean the person who said that Representatives would have to vote for Obama Care to read it? One only needs to consider the source of the Badge of Honor comment to know what buying votes is all about.

While it can be a challenge sometimes, I try to remind myself that for the most part our liberal friends really think they're helping, and most of them aren't actively trying to destroy western civilization...
They're not evil, just highly misguided...
I try to believe that too.

Honestly, I expect attack ads from both sides directed at the other side. It's politics after all. What is really ticking me off is the treatment the media gives Clinton versus that of Trump. Again, I'm not a Trump fan....
But, the positive spin the media is constantly putting on Hillary is stomach wrenching. When something disparaging comes out about her, it's gone almost as soon as it shows but, with Trump it sticks around like rotting meat scent. Some will never admit it but, the press isn't playing a neutral role in this election. It amazes me that it's so blatant and yet accepted and allowed.
Even my wife, a very liberal Democrat sees it. BTW, she'll only admit that in private. She also doesn't like either candidate and will probably vote Liberterian, at least that's what I think she'll vote. We both distrust Clinton and are not enthralled with Trump. But, I'll go with the unknown before I'll go with a known and proven liar, cheat and con-woman.

Trump needs to get off the "I'm the greatest" mantra that he's churning out. Starting to be like listening to obama.

One of the things I like about Trump is, you get what you see and see what you get. That doesn't mean I like everything I see, not by a long shot. But, at least I'm not nearly so concerned about corruption, cons, and back door deals that will put more money into the Clinton Foundation that sell out the military and the American tax payer. You know, the folks that carry the majority of the load in this country............... I want and need to believe that our leadership has the best interests of our military, our police and our nation as a whole as a basis for their decisions. That could never happen with Hillary in the Oval Office.

I was a young person during the Great Depression. Yes, it was considered humiliating to accept a dole from the government.
FDR was smart. He instituted a program called the CCC.(Civilian Conservation Corps (Core not Corpse!) Young men signed up for it for a certain length of time and were given room and board and wages for working mainly to create state and Federal Parks. They worked under a quasi military discipline and came out stronger and responsible because of it. When their term was up, they couldn't immediately sign up again. That gave others a chance.
The key word was WORK!
Now, today, the 'free stuff' people are close to out numbering the working people. Witness the total approval of Bernie Sander's Socialistic vision by mostly young but also older persons. The "Who's gonna pull the wagon if everyone wants to ride" doen't occur to them.
They will vote to maintain their 'free stuff with no work" agenda.
The Democratic Party depends on their vote to keep the Dems in office.

The CCC still exists today in every state and the District of Columbia since 1985. It enrolls approximately 27,000 young men and women annually for service. Additionally 689,000 hours of service from local volunteers assists them with their projects. The estimated value of their combined work is approximately $14,140,500. There is a CCC camp in the town of Collbran, Colorado on the north face of the Grand Mesa where Corpsmembers engage in the learning of skills to prepare them for engaging the "real" world with personal and national interests; making solid citizens for our future with knowledge and commitment behind their effort.

Seeing the history lesson/video the DNC put on last night about Hillary, the thought crossed my mind that in order to really understand Hillary and the kind of person she was/is, one would need to know and understand Bill. If there is any basis in that then, knowing Slick Willy and knowing of his Wild Adventures of the past concerning some "interesting" situations he has been in concerning women. That in itself should say volumes about why Hillary and he "hooked up". We all have a past, that past is what makes us what we are. I'm no different than anyone else. I've not always been the PITA that I am now. But, have I really changed? Has Hillary? I suspect that if there's money, power or influence involved, Hillary will do what ever it takes to take advantage of a situation. Your Opinion May Differ.

I just watched a little part of her speech where she said that Trump couldn't be trusted with the responsibility of deciding about nuclear bombing,,,,,,,,but she could.
Here's a person who demonstrated that security means nothing, wormed her way out of charges, and the Head of the FBI, on television, denounced her for a security risk. Technically and legally she couldn't pass the requirement of Top Secret, let alone the secrets that a president is exposed to.
What twisted thinking, what a bunch of idiots, sorta reminds me of double speak Orwell s' "1984"

She was asked about Newt Gingrich calling Obama "The Food Stamp President" . She said Newt calling him that was a badge of honor. I don't know if I agree, but that's a little different . Yep, a little different... But, even worse.
