Looks to be the wrong tool for the job, risking bike, himself, and the rest of us to be cool. He probably rides a sport bike also so is taking those skills to the Harley. He is on the edge and is going as fast as he can, and it will work until something unexpected changes .

I don't know. He didn't look like that good of a rider to me. Saw several mistakes in just 1 minute of video.
