On US441 below Newfound Gap running with some bad company, like a few v-twinkies. Anyone here I missed as I was headed toward Gatlinburg (against my better judgment). I will be west of Cincinnati on the last leg home tomorrow. A four letter word is waiting for me on Monday bright and early but decided a day of play in the hills was well worth the long day of interstates tomorrow.

Was that you I saw Friday? Dark cherry red? Smokies. Or Foothills Parkway. It's all a bit of a blur.

Agreed, had I known you were passing through, would have been happy to have met up and procured an iced cold tea, swapped some lies and put in some miles with you along the way.

The scoot east wasn't planned, just sort of happened since I was going to hit Atlanta at rush hour. The normal trip to FL is SE WI to Nashville area on day one, day two into LaCrosse, FL. Just under 600 miles each day so I am still fresh to face idiots in cages. This trip included a day in Stuart, to suprise an old friend. Stuart to Macon on Thursday and realized Atlanta would be ugly so I putted out US129 to Athens , GA where I left from the next day (Friday) to recharge the soul in Raben County, GA and across the Smokies on US441.  A little time in east Tennesee, then north and a little west to overnight in Greensburg, IN. I wasn't planning 800+ miles that day but it felt good so I just kept on riding. An easy push home Sat through the windy city so I could catch up with all the crap that piles up from a week away from home.
